Yes or no??
Hmmmmm..Kind of hard to say in a neutral perspective because on occasion there is more than a certain amount of luck. The balls can come flying in any possible angle. Furthermore, you don't sweat and verbally abusive language does not get you penalised.(except for ssd, which tries to find some government policy to stop you from swearing and the similarity that the govenment and the ssd share is that:it doesn't work)
But, the main proposition i'm trying to make is that it does also involved a great amount of skill and the tricks of the trade are weighted almost like a normal sport and it has a set of fully furnished rules. Yes, you do play this game in bars, smoky pool places or even in universities but still, physical attributes don't really count unless you don't have hands or feet or your blind or something.
However, isn't sports meant to be good for the body and shit like that, i do believe the term needs to be rectified as darts and pool and archery don't involve a whole load of action.
Down here in malaysia, foosball reigns prominence, it's a way of life for some of us and there is an association for it, although regardless of that, it seems as though slotting 4 50 cent coins only seems like some sort of casual interpretation. Adversely speaking, there is a contradiction to "casual" as it does get very competitive. Frustration often seeps into the player whether its the smell of the other player or if your just not playing well.lol.
I'm just trying not to be biased.
As for my plain talking perspective, i regard foosball as one of the best games invented and it should have more tournaments and thus eventually shaping it's way into the international picture where foosball will be the worlds most popular sport behind football, ballet and skipping.

We preferably arrived early for graduation however we had to stop off for a game of foos(me, mat, john, KF), although lame as it possibly may sound, there was definitely a yearning for it and of course a sense of inevitability about it. We were planning to take a picture of us all in working clothes playing foos but KF i guess was too chicken to call upon someone to help take a photo. Maybe because his voice was never too reassuring so he decided to "turn around". Graduation was too good to throw away and be referred to just some pictures which could be lost due to some natural disaster. Instead, it should be written and thought of as something extra special. It started off as usual with the boring speeches by the people in-charge however this was overturned by Eow Ian's presentation which was funny in a sense where it tinged on the basic outline of each teacher from previous occurances throughout the year and it was hinted with abit of how it was a learning experience and how great AUSMAT was as a whole. Yet, it penetrated some truth, a devine truth of what we held onto throughout the year and apparently what we end up having to let go, too. So sad yet it was imminent from the start.
We enjoyed the night as it passed before our eyes with the sound of laughter and random photo shots and us mimicking "Kenny" Kuan Kin Foong's "turn around". The teachers were the ones to thank yet there were too many things to thank them about up till the point we decided to dance with the beat of some cheap crap ass DJ who's main attribute was to slow down and turn the volume back on where he states some bullshit thing about AUSMAT when he's not even in our programme. All i liked about the dancing was not the music but the lighting-the light that blinks every second to show our slow mo fragment movements, so cool-and of course, the company.
After all was practically said and done i was beefed and so was aiman. So, we headed to AC for a while and got ourselves teh 'o' ais-with the company of sathas who needed a smoke and hanis who didn't come for graduation night. Then we lepak lah. At about 1+ i called it quits and headed home. I'm sure they were there till 5 lol.
The day was exhausting but nonetheless one of the best days of my life behind learning how to skip and eating at a mamak store. AUSMAT was great as it came and as it went. I'm going to miss all my friends but i guess we all will regardless of how emotionally stoned we all are. Here are some photos of us during the night:

The only verifying yet quintessential realisation for me to succumb myself to the burden of writing a blog is to recall the very memories that past me by everyday and to introduce a perspective of random talking and controversial pointings of fingers whether politically or just to 'kutuk' the very friends i have made.
